CoCo Lee Fanclub Taiwan (hereinafter referred to as "Fan Club") provides COCOLEE.COM services subject to these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms"). By using the COCOLEE.COM services, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms, which become part of the agreement between you and the Fan Club. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the services provided by the Fan Club.

1. Users and Service Usage

• Service: Refers to various websites, social media, and other services provided by the Fan Club, including online, offline, physical, and non-physical content.

• User: Refers to anyone who agrees to these Terms and uses the Fan Club website or COCOLEE.COM services.

• Content: Refers to information, text, photos, videos, images, music, recordings, and other items provided through the COCOLEE.COM service.

• COCOLEE.COM Service: Refers to search, online streaming, social networking, and other services provided by the Fan Club via the internet.

2. User Responsibilities and Obligations

The Fan Club authorizes you to use the COCOLEE.COM service, but you must strictly abide by these Terms. Any violation may result in the suspension or termination of your right to use the service without notice.

• User Content: You guarantee that any content you post (text, images, links, etc.) is original or legally authorized and does not infringe on third-party rights. You agree to grant the Fan Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable rights to use such content globally.

• Prohibited Actions: You may not use the service for illegal purposes, harass others, post defamatory/obscene content, distribute viruses, scrape data, or infringe on intellectual property rights.

• Personal Use Only: The service is for personal use only. Public broadcasting or commercial use requires separate authorization from content providers.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights regarding the services, website, content, text, and code provided by the Fan Club belong to the Fan Club or third-party licensors. The Fan Club grants you a limited right to use the service; all other rights are reserved. You may not remove or alter any copyright notices or anti-theft measures.

4. Third-Party Services

You agree and understand that third-party service providers (websites or services not directly provided by the Fan Club) are independent of these Terms. If any dispute arises, the legal liability shall be borne by you and the third-party service provider. The Fan Club assumes no responsibility.

5. Community Guidelines

When using COCOLEE.COM community services, you must comply with these Terms. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend users who:

• Violate the law or these Terms.

• Post false rumors affecting the rights of others.

• Engage in harassment, bullying, or hate speech.

If you believe you have been suspended in error, you may file an appeal via the Contact page within 7 days.

6. Reporting and Objections

If you discover any content that infringes your copyright or violates laws, you may report it via the Contact page. The Fan Club will review the report and take appropriate action, including removing infringing content. If your content is removed, you may file a counter-notice (objection) via the same channel.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Fan Club provides services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or freedom from errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Fan Club shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website.

8. Modification of Terms

The Fan Club reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
